<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical crusher which follows variation of the thickness of a bulky layer of the raw material on real time and thus prevents abnormal vibration in crushing a raw material finely on a rotary table. <P>SOLUTION: The vertical crusher includes an auxiliary roller for degassing, together with a crushing roller, and the auxiliary roller is arranged at one end of a swing lever pivoted to a casing, and a spring expanding and contracting in the rotational direction of the swing lever is brought into contact with the auxiliary roller. The force pressing the auxiliary roller toward the rotary table is adjusted according to the change of the amount of expansion and contraction of the spring. The configuration enables real-time adjustment of the force pressing the auxiliary roller toward the rotary table according to the status of the layer of the raw material on the rotary table during operation without arrangement of a complicated controller. The auxiliary roller can deaerate rapidly a large amount of air produced on compaction of the layer of the raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
