<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC removing apparatus capable of preventing VOC separation efficiency in VOC adsorption rotor from deteriorating and maximizing VOC removing efficiency with setting. <P>SOLUTION: The VOC apparatus 10 which comprises a treatment objective gas passage A through which a treatment objective gas F containing VOC is allowed to flow, a heating gas passage B through which heating gas H heated at a higher temperature than that as in the treatment objective gas F is allowed to flow, a VOC adsorption rotor 14 having a number of passage holes 34, and a steam adding means 24 that adds steam to the heating gas H before passing through the holes 34, wherein a steam amount controlling means 56 that controls a steam amount that is added to the heating gas H based on a VOC concentration in the treatment objective gas F after it has passed through the holes 34 is provided at the means 24 is further provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
