PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid pharmaceutical composition for use in treatment or prevention of mycobacterial infection such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition comprising fumarate salt of (alpha S, beta R)-6-bromo-alpha-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2-methoxy-alpha-1-naphthalenyl-beta-phenyl-3-quinolineethanol, and a humectant as polyethylene glycol sorbitan fatty acid ester.
