<p>A continuous carbon fiber reinforced crucible preform and a preparation method therefor. The crucible preform is a quasi-three-dimensional fabric molded from a basic unit layer and a continuous fiber reinforced layer by needle punching. The bottom of the crucible and the connection area of the side wall and the bottom of the crucible are respectively reinforced by applying a continuous fiber winding and laying technology to the crucible preform, so that the content of continuous fiber throughout the integral structure is effectively increased, the desired strength during high load and high swelling stress conditions is guaranteed, the cracking of the crucible or the disconnection of the connection area of the side wall and the bottom of the crucible is avoided, and excellent shape stability can be maintained simultaneously.</p> |
