PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoelectric conversion layer, capable of efficiently producing a thermoelectric conversion layer excellent in thermoelectric conversion performance, and to provide a thermoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: The method for producing a thermoelectric conversion layer includes a step of performing a photonic curing treatment in which a precursor layer containing an organic material and an inorganic material capable of thermoelectric conversion is irradiated with light, to form a thermoelectric conversion layer having voids. A thermoelectric conversion element 10 comprises a first substrate 11, a first electrode 12, a thermoelectric conversion layer 14, a second electrode 13, and a second substrate 15 in this order. |
