A (nitrile rubber)-metal-laminated gasket material produced by laminating a surface-treating agent layer, an adhesive agent layer and a rubber layer in this order on a metal plate, wherein the surface-treating agent layer is formed using a surface-treating agent that does not contain chromium and contains (A) a urethane resin or a phenolic resin, (B) a silicon-containing compound and (C) a fluorine-uncontaining zirconium compound or a fluorine-uncontaining titanium compound as essential components. The (nitrile rubber)-metal-laminated gasket material has excellent LLC resistance and oil resistance under high temperature conditions in spite of the fact that the material is produced using a surface-treating agent for metals which contains neither chromium nor fluorine. |
