PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving preventing material that allows stable operation by preventing the occurrence of weaving in a web when feeding out a paper material even if the web is in a moisture-absorbed state.SOLUTION: Two metal guide members 81, mutually extending in parallel, are arranged in a cantilever manner adjacently to a secondary web roll R. The base-end side of the two guide members 81 is fixed to a columnar material 96, vertically extending from a floor surface of a building, adjacently to a part where the secondary web roll R is arranged. A support shaft 85 is arranged at the tip side of the two guide members 81 so as to be the center axis during turning. Intermediate members 86 are respectively turnably arranged around the support shaft 85. A cylindrical roller 90 is rotatably supported at the tip side of the intermediate members 86 in the form of being hanged between the two intermediate members 86. |
