摘要 <p>Disclosed is a thermal power generation system that is provided with a thermal power generation unit which performs thermal power generation using a first heat medium and a second heat medium respectively having temperatures different from each other. The thermal power generation unit is provided with a thermal power generation tube, and the thermal power generation tube is configured such that the thermal power generation tube has an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface, and generates an electromotive force in the axis direction of the thermal power generation tube due to a temperature difference between the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface. The thermal power generation tube has a laminated body wherein a first layer and a second layer are laminated. The first layer is formed of a first material having a relatively low Seebeck coefficient and a relatively high heat conductivity, and a lamination surface of the laminated body is tilted with respect to the axis direction. The thermal power generation system is provided with a flow rate control system, which controls, corresponding to information relating to an operation state or a set target power generation quantity of the thermal power generation system, a flow rate of the first heat medium flowing in a flow channel specified by means of the inner circumferential surface and/or a flow rate of the second heat medium in contact with the outer circumferential surface.</p>
