PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which can easily rupture a tubular part mating with an opening of a container by a small force, does not need a time and labor for segregation disposal, simplifies structure, and is low in cost.SOLUTION: As the hinge cap for segregation disposal, a cap base body is provided with a mating tubular part. The mating tubular part is provided with an outer tube and an inner tube vertically provided to sandwich a part mating with a container opening and is provided with an engaging ring continuously provided with the outer tube and the inner tube and engaged with an upper cover. The outer tube continuously provided with a hinge is provided with a vertical tearing line in which an incision part is provided in the vertical direction near the hinge. A slit groove having an opening at an upper side is provided in an arc range having a predetermined circumferential angle from a vertical tearing line between the outer tube and the engaging ring. A circumferential tearing line composed of a thin coupling part which couples the outer tube and the engaging ring is provided on a bottom surface of the slit groove. |
