<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control system for an engine-driven machine 220, which is intended to reduce the loss of operating time that may be caused by the time required by a throttle device 81, 82 to recover an exhaust emission control device 50. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control system for the engine-driven machine 220 includes: a common rail 120 type engine 70 that is mounted in the engine-driven machine 220; the exhaust emission control device 50 disposed in an exhaust gas line 77 of the engine 70; and at least one of the intake air throttle device 81 and the exhaust gas throttle device 82. The system further includes a mode choice input unit 45 for choosing between supplemental recovery mode and forced recovery mode which can be executed when the level of clogging of the exhaust emission control device 50 has exceeded a specified level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
