<p>The present invention provides a power transmission device which does not require clamping force adjustment of a connecting part of a rotation transmission component and has excellent durability for larger load change of a driven-side rotating shaft. The rotation transmission component (21) which is clamped between a pulley that is used as a driving-side rotation component and a hub that is used as a driven-side rotation component for connecting the two components is clamped and releases connection when load is exerted on a hub side. The rotation transmission component (21) forms a disc-shaped member. The peripheral side of the rotation transmission component (21) is provided with a plurality of slits (24) with equal distance along a circumferential direction. The rotation transmission component (21) is provided with the following components: an annular body (21c), and a plurality of connecting sheets (21d) which surround the periphery of the body and can perform elastic deformation along an axis direction. Each connecting sheet is provided with a fixed part (21e) which is fixed on the pulley at a base end side, and furthermore is provided with a releasable connecting part (21f) which is clamped by the hub and a clamping plate. Each connecting sheet is formed according to a mode that the radial width of a fixed part is larger than the radial width of the connecting part.</p> |
