A polymer comprising a repeating unit having a partial structure represented by the following formula (1) and a repeating unit having a crosslinking group:wherein Ar1, Ar3, Ar4 and Ar5 each independently represent a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon-cyclic group optionally having a substituent or a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent, Ar2 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon-cyclic group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent,
R1 represents an alkyl group optionally having a substituent, or an alkoxy group optionally having a substituent, R2 to R7 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group optionally having a substituent, an alkoxy group optionally having a substituent, an aromatic hydrocarbon-cyclic group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent, R2 and R3 may bond to each other to form a ring. R4 and R5 may bond to each other to form a ring. R6 and R7 may bond to each other to form a ring, l, m and n each independently indicate an integer of from 0 to 2, and Multiple Ar1 to Ar5 or R2 to R7 in the formula (1) may be the same or different. |
