摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chiral shift reagent for NMR which recognizes a chiral substance in proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry, and a method for determining optical purity and the chiral substance using the same.SOLUTION: In a chiral shift reagent for NMR consists of achiral porphyrin. The achiral porphyrin is diprotonated and is bonded to a chiral substance to be formed into a complex. Thereby chiral information (optical purity or absolute configuration) related to the chiral substance can be transferred to the porphyrin, and the transferred chiral information can be easily read through proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry.</p>
