<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by positioning easily, and also prevent dirt of a head lining and improve sound absorption performance.SOLUTION: An air-permeable head lining 3 includes: an opposite surface part 31 facing to a roof panel 2; and an inclined surface part 32 which is obliquely arranged downward respectively from both side parts 31a of the opposite surface part 31 extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle and forms a vent space 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle on a lower side of the roof panel 2. A ventilation stopping member 4 which is impermeable includes a first sealing part 41 of a frame shape which is arranged on an outer circumference part of the opposite surface part 31 and seals between the head lining 3 and the roof panel 2, and a second sealing part 42 which is extended outward respectively from both side parts of the first sealing part 31 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, is attached along an upper surface of the incline surface part 32, and is formed so that an outer end parts 42a corresponds to a lower end part 32a of the inclined surface part 32. The first and second sealing parts are integrally formed.</p> |
