<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film at low cost and in a high-yield; wherein the polyester film is capable of controlling orientation on applying a liquid crystal, immune from occurrence of defects such as unevenness and stripe, and suitable in use as a film for brightness enhancement member. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film for brightness enhancement member contains 0.075 wt.% or more of inorganic particles ranking 8 or higher in Mohs hardness in at least one outermost layer of the polyester film in a laminated structure, and crystallinity of the polyester film is 33-45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
