<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilization of power quality by cooperation among loads (among a plurality of vehicles) without the need for integrated management at an electric power company. <P>SOLUTION: A charging and discharging control method includes: grouping a plurality of vehicles each incorporating thereon a large-capacity battery within a communicable zone; based on information related to power quality and information related to charging and discharging states of other vehicles existing around a subject vehicle V, presenting to the subject vehicle V in the group a plurality of charging and discharging conditions for the subject vehicle V, each carrying a degree of contribution to stabilization of power quality; and executing charging and discharging for the subject vehicle V by using one selected from the plurality of charging and discharging conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
