A light emitting device and control method thereof, the light emitting device at least comprising: a light emitting module (604) having a white LED chipset (200), an ultraviolet LED chipset (300) and an infrared LED chipset (400); a power drive module (603) for driving at least one LED chipset of the light emitting module (604) to emit light; an input module (601) for inputting operation instructions including illumination, UV light and infrared rays; and a processor (602) receiving the operation instructions inputted by the input module, processing the operation instructions to generate a power signal, and transmitting the power signal to the power drive module (603).
