<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system configured to prevent reduction in productivity, to prevent increase of device cost, and to properly bond sheets.SOLUTION: An image forming system includes: toner image forming means, such as an imaging unit 4, which forms a boding toner image in a binding margin part of a sheet, such as a sheet P, to form a toner image in an image part of the sheet; and binding means, such as a binding unit 60, which presses and heats the bonding toner image on each of sheets in a sheet bundle formed of the sheets with the bonding toner image and the toner image formed thereon, to bind the sheet bundle. In one toner image forming operation of the toner image forming means, the amount of toner to be applied per unit area of the bonding toner image is larger than the amount of toner to be applied per unit area of the toner image.</p> |
