A method, a device and a computer program for manufacturing a pre-insulated skeleton framing segment (1) for a building to be constructed, wherein a closed assembly (2) with a hollow space (14) is provided, to which assembly a data carrier (40) is fitted which contains data from which data a quantity of raw materials required for forming a foam insulation layer in the hollow space (14), and a position of at least one opening (11) to said space can be determined, which quantity is calculated and which raw materials are inserted in said opening (11) by a nozzle (25); the assembly being placed in a press or clamping table (31), the foam being allowed to foam and harden during a period (T). |
