According to the present invention, a rotary mixer (200) is disposed on the upper portion of a condenser (100) exchanging heat between ambient air introduced through an air inlet (31) at a drying unit of a cooling tower and saturated air passing filler (33) to send the saturated air vertically passing the condenser (100) to the center of a plenum chamber. The rotary mixer (200) includes multiple cylinders (240) having multiple blades (250) longitudinally attached outside, having hollow inner portions, and manufactured with light material; a rotary shaft (210) disposed inside the cylinders (240) to be coupled to the cylinders to be integrally rotated with the cylinders, and supported to have both end portions freely rotated; and multiple fans (230) fixed and installed at multiple positions on the rotary shaft (210) to be rotated together with the rotary shaft, wherein the saturated air flow vertically passing outer portions of multiple pipe channels of the condenser (100) by a suction force of a fan (35) rotates the blades (250) attached outside the cylinders (240), such that the rotary shaft (21) inside the cylinders (240) is rotated without receiving separate external rotary power, and the fans (230) are rotated in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft (210) to enable the saturated air inside the cylinders to flow to the center of the plenum chamber. |
