In the present invention, provided is a chemically amplified positive photosensitive curable composition, which has a high sensitivity in a formation of an organic insulation layer from display materials such as liquid crystal display devices or organic light-emitting devices, has an outstanding resolution, pattern shapes, and permeability, and forms a resist pattern to control color change caused by heat. The chemically amplified positive photosensitive curable composition comprises: (A) an acid generator of an oxime ester based compound; (B) a resin with improved solubility for alkalis due to acid activity; and (C) an alkali soluble resin. |
