The present invention relates to an impurity purifying method of O-18 enriched target water using ultrasonic wave, ozone, and ultraviolet ray, and to an automatic purifying system thereof. The present invention increase the purifying efficiency of O-18 enriched target water by removing efficiently impurity. The impurity purifying method of O-18 enriched target water using ultrasonic wave, ozone, and ultraviolet ray includes: inserting the ozone at constant concentration; applying ultrasonic wave to the O-18 enriched target water; irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the O-18 target water; and removing the ozone which remains on the O-18 water target. |
