The present invention relates to a water and oil repellent film with a fine protrusion with a specific shape and a specific size on a surface thereof, an electrical and electronic device including the same, and an electrical and electronic device which includes an external surface on which the fine protrusion with the specific shape and the specific size is formed. The present invention provides the high water and oil repellent film capable of minimizing an amount of contaminants transferred on the surface of a product and easily removing the transferred contaminants. |
