A super hard polycrystalline construction, and associated method, comprising (i) a body of polycrystalline super hard material with first and second fractions / areas of super hard grains with peripheral surfaces and where (ii) the average grain size of the grains in the first fraction is greater than those in the second fraction, (iii) grains in the first fraction are bonded along at least a portion of the peripheral of those in the second fraction, (iv) and grains in the second fraction arranged relative to at least one adjacent grain of the first fraction by 60nm to 1 micron. |
