The present invention relates to an advanced wastewater treatment device which effectively removes phosphorus in treated water of wastewater. The present invention comprises: a separation membrane tank where a membrane is installed; a treated water discharge duct discharging treated water from the separation membrane tank; and a phosphorus treatment unit installed on the treated water discharge duct, wherein the phosphorus treatment unit comprises a casing and one or more phosphorus treatment redundant members equipped in the casing, and the phosphorus treatment redundant members comprise a red mud composition which precipitates phosphorus contained in treated water by insoluble metal phosphate. |
