The present invention provides a versatile and easy to use ski lift adaptor for coupling to a drag lift to make use of the drag lift more comfortable by a snow-boarder. The adaptor comprises a first element 1 adapted to be worn by a user around the user's leg or lower body and a second element 4 adapted to couple to a button of a button drag lift and having the form of a substantially rigid receptacle having a lower, in use, opening to mount over the disc part of a said button for receiving the disc part of the button slotting into the receptacle. The receptacle can be demounted from the first element 1 and detachably mounted to a snow board (via a mounting plate 30) and is adapted to serve as an auxiliary (third) binding for the snow board. When the user wishes instead to ride on an aerial chairlift with their board the receptacle is mounted to the snow board to facilitate the user supporting the board by both feet while on a chairlift. Also discloses is an auxiliary binding which serves as a loose sliding fit for the users leading foot. |
