The present invention relates to a manipulator device with a jig unit where a manipulator is installed. The jig unit comprises: a first member where the manipulator is installed; a second member which moves the first member; and a third member which moves the second member. Therefore, the manipulator device can be manufactured in a small size, can have a long transfer range, and can rapidly transfer an object. |
