<p>The present invention relates to a driving shaft sliding unit system of a Cartesian coordinate robot which includes a first operation unit (110) operating a main pinion (115); a first transfer unit (120) having a moving plate (125) interlocked to the main pinion (115) of the first operation unit (110) to be horizontally moved; a second operation unit (130) coupling a support frame (133) to the moving plate (125) of the first transfer unit (120) to enable the moving plate (125) to be horizontally interlocked, while including a servomotor (131) on the support frame (133); a second transfer unit (140) having a horizontally-moving frame (141) interlocked to the servomotor (131) of the second operation unit (130) to be horizontally moved, and installing a moving block (140) on the horizontally-moving frame (141) to enable the horizontally-moving frame (141) and the moving block (146) to be interlocked to each other, while automatically moving the moving block (146) in the same direction with the direction in which the horizontally-moving frame (141) is moving without a separate power source to double the transfer distance of the moving block (146) compared with the moving distance of the horizontally-moving frame (141); and a transferring and mounting unit (150) coupling a transfer frame (151) to the moving block (146) of second transfer unit to be interworked in order to double the transfer distance of the transfer frame (151) compared with the moving distance of the horizontally-moving frame (141), thereby easily securing a sufficient distance even in a narrow space, sufficiently accommodating a large processing member while efficiently performing a work, and simply doubling the moving distance without a separate power source in order to minimize the cost.</p> |
