The present invention relates to a composition including MyoD protein for inducing differentiation of stem cells into muscle cells and, more specifically, to a treatment drug for treating damaged muscles and diseases related to muscles, which significantly increases differentiation functions of muscle cells by adding a manufactured fusion protein wherein the manufactured fusion protein has improved capacities of penetrating MyoD cells with an inducing function of muscle differentiation and of escaping endosome. The composition of the present invention includes MyoD proteins as an active ingredient and has an outstanding effect of inducing differentiation of stem cells into muscle cells, thereby being widely used for treating damaged muscles and disease related to muscles as a cell treatment drug with use of hASCs and stem cells. |
