The present invention relates to a battery pack which includes an electrode laminate, a lithium salt containing non-aqueous electrolyte, electrode terminals having opposite polarities, and a battery cell case. The electrode laminate and the electrolyte are formed in the battery cell case. A positive terminal and a negative terminal are formed in the first side of the battery cell case. The first side includes a battery cell including a first curved surface; and a protection circuit module which connected to the positive terminal and the negative terminal. The protection circuit module includes a second surface which faces a first surface and has a second curved surface which is the same or similar as/to a first curved surface. |
