<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technical concept for a dynamic password and a user authentication method using the same, which are capable of performing authentication for the occupancy of a specific terminal while solving the problem of a conventional fixed password using a dynamic password. A method and system for providing a dynamic password are disclosed. The method for providing a dynamic password comprises the steps of receiving, by a dynamic password providing system, information on a user part of a dynamic password specified by a user, wherein the dynamic password includes the user part and a dynamic part; setting, by the dynamic password providing system, rules for specifying the dynamic part to be included in the dynamic password; and determining, by the dynamic password providing system, whether a password corresponding to an authentication request for authenticating the user matches the dynamic password determined on the basis of the user part and the dynamic part when the authentication request is received from an authentication request terminal, wherein the dynamic part is information specified by the rules among use history information changed according to a use history of the user terminal corresponding to the dynamic part.</p> |
