FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to maintain in a technological machine of the predetermined amount of transported textile material. The device of stabilisation of fabric level in the technological machine comprises feeding and the material selecting rolls, actuators, sensors of linear velocity of fabric, a relay unit, two level sensors, the speed setting unit of the device, the speed setting unit of the selecting rolls, first and second amplifiers and four adders. The rollers are connected to the actuators. The level sensors are connected to the inputs of the relay unit. The output of the relay unit is connected to the first input of the first adder and the first input of the second adder. The output of the first adder is connected to the input of electric drive of the feeding rollers. The second input of the first adder is connected to the speed setting unit of the device, the electric drive of the selecting rolls and with the third input of the second adder. The third input of the first adder through the first amplifier is connected to the output of the second adder. The second input of the second adder is connected to the output of the second amplifier. The input of the second amplifier is connected to the output of the third adder. The inputs of the third adder are connected to the sensor of linear speed of fabric at the input of the device and the output of the fourth adder. The fourth adder is connected with its inputs with the sensor of linear speed of fabric at the output of the device and with linear speed setting unit of the selecting rolls.EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of stabilisation of fabric level.1 dwg |
