<p>Disclosed are a server, a system, a method and a recording medium for providing an educational moving picture based on HTML5. A communication part of the server receives a moving picture request signal requesting an educational moving picture based on HTML5 whose transmission is controlled by a browser of a user terminal from the user terminal. A control part checks a video format which the browser supports, in case a content request is received, and converts the requested educational moving picture into the checked video format, and controls to transmit the converted educational moving picture to the user terminal. The present invention enables a user to receive an educational moving picture under equal environment without additional plug-in by using the educational moving picture based on HTML5.</p> |
