<p>The present invention relates to a method of distributing a lightweight group key using a window in a smart grid environment. A power company selects a group key generating element, including a seed value, a window size value, and a start position, for generating a random key element arrangement and distributes the group key generating element to a smart meter. The power company and the smart meter generate the random key element arrangement by using the seed value and generate a group key by selecting a key element at an interval according to the window size value. According to the invention, a group key element arrangement is configured and elements are extracted at a constant window interval to generate the group key, such that secured communication can be performed in the smart grid environment.</p> |
