<p>The present invention relates to a method for refining a magnetic domain of a steel sheet and an oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured by the same. Before or after conducting a tension coating on an electrical steel sheet, the electrical steel sheet is pre-heated and irradiated with a laser beam on a top surface to form a linear groove having melting byproducts on the side and bottom surface. Thereafter, by conducting an air blowing or suction, the melting byproducts formed on the bottom surface are selectively removed.</p> |
