<p>The present invention relates to a fryer comprising a fryer body having a space which can accommodate oil and a bubble generating device formed nearby the fryer body, wherein the bubble generating device comprises an oil pump formed on one side of the fryer body; a first pipe installed by being connected to the oil pump, and absorbing and transferring oil to the fryer body; an auxiliary tank installed by being connected to the oil pump; a pressure tank storing and pressurizing oil transferred by the oil pump; a second pipe connecting the auxiliary tank and the pressure tank; a bubble generating nozzle spraying oil of the pressure tank; and a third pipe connecting the pressure tank and the bubble generating nozzle. By providing a bubble generating device structure which generates microbubbles to oil stored in the fryer body and recirculates oil, fried foods such as fast food and fried chicken can be rapidly cooked. Also, acidification speed of oil proceeds slowly by interaction of oil and microbubbles so that time enabling reuse of oil is increased and waste of resources is reduced as much as possible. Accordingly, the present invention can provide significant effects in both eco-friendly and economical ways.</p> |
