<p>The present invention relates to a composition comprising resveratrol-enriched germinated brown rice as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, a food composition, and a sanitary aid for preventing or treating skin pigmentation, and a cosmetic composition for skin whitening which comprise the resveratrol-enriched germinated brown rice as the active ingredient which inhibits expression of tyrosinase that is an enzyme involved in melanin synthesis, thereby inhibiting melanin synthesis. The composition comprising the resveratrol-enriched germinated brown rice according to the present invention inhibits expression of tyrosinase which is the enzyme involved in melanin synthesis, thereby inhibiting melanin synthesis. Thus, the composition can be usefully applied for a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation, a food composition, a composition for over the counter (OTC) medicine, and cosmetic composition for skin whitening.</p> |
