The present invention relates to an automatic combustion system for a cremator, which comprises: a central control room with a loop circuit which determines the fuel feed rate of a main combustion burner and a re-combustion burner in order to correspond to control variables, including a temperature value, a pressure value, and an oxygen value, inputted from sensors that are installed inside or outside a cremator including a main combustion chamber and a re-combustion chamber, and which determines a combustion air feed rate in proportional to the fuel feed rate; a cremator local control panel which is connected to the loop circuit, and supplies fuel corresponding to the fuel feed rate and combustion air corresponding to the combustion air feed rate to the main combustion burner and the re-combustion burner; a heat exchanger power panel which is connected to the loop circuit, and controls a heat exchanger fan, a first cool air control damper, and a second cool air control damper in order to supply cool air to a heat exchanger; an inducing ventilator which is connected to the loop circuit, and controls the rotations per minute (RPM) of the inducing ventilator at the front side of a chimney of the cremator in order to maintain the internal pressure of the main combustion chamber within a predetermined pressure range; and a reactor control panel which controls a selective non-catalytic reactor in order to supply ammonia and compressed air to the inside of a third combustion chamber in the upper part of the re-combustion chamber. |
