The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification device for fryer that enables a user of a fryer to clean the inside of a filter chamber directly and easily by providing the filter chamber containing a filter part capable of being separated to the outside and facilitates the cleaning of the filter part more conveniently by enabling the filter part, which is contained in the filter chamber, to be separated easily to the outside in a sliding way. The exhaust gas purification device mounted on top of a fryer having a frying tank with an opened top comprises: a body case mounted on top of the fryer, including an inner space with an opened bottom, including an inclined division plate inclined downward toward a back from an upper part and having a gas penetration hole formed in the middle, and having an exhaust chamber in a lower part and a filter chamber in an upper part, which are divided by the inclined division plate; a filter part for filtering exhaust gas passing from the lower part to the upper part by being inserted into the lower part of the filter chamber to be able to be separated to the front of the body case; an exhaust part arranged at the upper part of the rear of the filter chamber and including an exhaust fan operated by a motor; and an opening and closing part arranged in front of the body case, which is in front of the exhaust chamber. |
