<p>The present invention relates to a strength training device. A user, especially, a student can work out the muscle of various parts such as arm, shoulder, abdomen, etc while studying through a strength training member. Also, a patient or an old man can work out the muscle of various parts such as arm, shoulder, abdomen, etc and do remedial exercise. The present invention can be helpful for maintaining health and diet, can reduce manufacturing costs since a structure of the strength training member is simple, does not need to purchase a strength training device distributed at a high price, and can be helpful for overcoming fatigue and waking sleep of the user, especially, the student through a foot-pressure unit which presses the sole of the foot of the user.</p> |
