The apparatus (1) has an assembly unit arranged between a body (2) and a massage head (5). The head comprises an application surface and three massage ends that extend towards an outer side of the application surface. The massage ends are defined on the application surface according to concentric virtual circles with a center. The head comprises a transmission system that is pulled by a motor (3) and a motor reducer. The system brings the massage ends closer to each other and departs the massage ends from each other in two directions according to trajectories that meet at the center.
