摘要 The present invention relates to a charging device for a storage battery which is used in a mobile communications base station and, more particularly, to a device for managing a storage battery in a cell unit as well as the entire storage battery by classifying charging methods into a main charging and a cell unit charging to prevent the malfunction and life reduction of the entire storage battery due to the function loss of some cells caused by the local cell phenomenon (discharge) of the storage battery consisting of a plurality of cells. The device for charging in a cell unit according to the present invention comprises: a control switch unit (1) having a plurality of terminals (11) connected to a storage battery (100) in parallel in cell unit (101), wherein the battery storage consisting of a plurality of cells connected in series, and sequentially applying power to the respective terminals; a cell floating charging unit (2) to supply a charge current to the unit cell (101) in contact with the control switch unit (1); and a control unit (1) to command the charging of the unit cell (101) and monitor the charging state of each cell after detecting a main charging state from a rectifier (200), wherein the control switch unit includes: the terminals (11) connected in parallel per cell of the storage battery; a rotary switch (12) to sequentially and repeatedly contact the terminals; a motor (13) to adjust the rotation of the rotary switch; and a motor control unit (14) to control the operation of the motor according to the control of the control unit.
