<p>PURPOSE: A brake disc and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the combination force of a brake disc by preventing the separation of a friction plate from a disc hat. CONSTITUTION: A brake disc(100) includes a friction plate(120), a disc hat(110), and a wall(130). The friction plate is deformed by receiving grey cast iron. The disc hat receives nodular cast iron while the interface temperature of the friction plate is between 1000-1200 degrees. The disc hat is formed with the friction plate. The wall is interposed between the disc hat and the fiction plate.</p> |
