<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information record reproducing method and an information record reproducing device capable of solving problem in conventional devices and methods that the confidentiality of a cryptographic key for encrypting information is hardly maintained and managed, and capable of encrypting and recording a piece of information on an exchangeable medium using a predetermined cryptographic key while ensuring a high security level and easily managing the cryptographic key.SOLUTION: A piece of information is encrypted and recorded on a recording medium so as to be reproduced at a predetermined place only, and the encrypted information is decrypted based on a positional coordinate data in which the position of the device is measured when the information is reproduced.</p> |
