R13 represents hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms. One of R10 and R11 represents a substituent represented by General Formula (G2), and the other represents hydrogen.;
