PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document generation device capable of easily generating a document.SOLUTION: Video signal output means 103 outputs a video signal of video acquired by a video camera 200. Still image acquisition means 105 acquires a still image from the video outputted from the video signal output means 103. Document generation means 107 generates a document by fitting the still image acquired by the still image acquisition means 105 into a template 106 being a document sample, and document output means 109 outputs a document 500 to the outside of a document generation device 100.
