PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scan driver and an organic light emitting display which can prevent a characteristic change of a transistor and the occurrence of a leakage current.SOLUTION: A scan driver comprises a plurality of scan driving blocks, each including a first input terminal to which one of a frame start signal or an output signal from a previous scan driving block is input, a second input terminal to which a first clock signal is transmitted, a third input terminal to which a second clock signal is transmitted, and an output terminal from which a scan signal is output, wherein each of the plurality of scan driving blocks comprises: a first transistor interposed between the first input terminal and a first node and configured to transmit a signal input to the first input terminal through the first clock signal to the first node; a second transistor interposed between the third input terminal and the output terminal and configured to output a second clock signal as a scan signal according to a voltage level of the first node; and a third transistor coupled in series with the first transistor and configured to dissipate a portion of a voltage across the first node and the first input terminal. |
