The present invention relates to a method for providing an online service experience modeling. The method of the present invention includes: a first process of redefining a service scape defined as environment and space, where a service behavior is performed, by including a template of a service which is set on the ground of interaction between physical factor and social factor related with service behavior, feature ontology model per user and information about service situation inference rule; a second process of redefining the range of the service scape in which total service behavior including additional service space connected to before or after a main service performed on the basis of the service scape is performed; a third process of stating standardized service interaction as to shared conceptualization done between physical environment and social environment explicitly; and a fourth process of extending the range of the service scape by using the first, second and third processes. Thus, the method of the present invention enables a user to experience convenient and efficient usage thereof. |
