NOISE COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR BELT CONVEYOR

A noise collection system for a belt conveyor, which belongs to the noise collection systems. An RFID card reader, a noise sensor, a data collector, a wireless sending device and a power supply are installed in a test box. The noise sensor is connected to the input end of the wireless sending device through the data collector; the RFID card reader is connected to the input end of the wireless sending device; the power supply supplies power to the components in the test box; RFID electronic tags are pasted on the machine frame of the conveyor at intervals; and a wireless receiving device and an upper computer are connected, and are deployed in a monitoring room together. An inspector holds the test box by hand and walks along the conveyor; the test box collects a noise signal of the conveyor along the way; the RFID card reader induces the RFID electronic tags on the machine frame in real time to determine the position of the current signal; and the wireless sending device transmits the noise signal and locating information to the wireless receiving device. The noise collection system is suitable for monitoring a long-distance conveying device, and capable of automatically determining the corresponding position of the collected signal on the conveyor, thereby providing support for quickly locating the faults of the conveyor. The noise collection system is convenient to use, and strong in practicality.
