PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-bulb type illumination device which can glitter similarly to an incandescent lamp of which the filament is directly visible.SOLUTION: The light-bulb type illumination device comprises: a base material 2 including a top face 2a; a light source disposed on the top face of the base material; a collimator which converges and emits light emitted from the light source in a front direction of the top face of the base material; and a light-emitting part which is disposed at a front side of the collimator while being optically separated from the collimator and disperses and emits light converged and emitted by the collimator.
